1.  All types of major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).  Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received.

4.  COD (collect on delivery).  Minimum order is $99.99.  A COD fee of $9.99 will apply to the total.  Only money order or cashier check is accepted. No Free DVDs. Orders need to be confirmed by our staffs before shipping out.

5.  Western Union.  Please email us the control number after you send money.

Shipping

Orders are normally ship out within 1 business day (M-F).  We use USPS Priority mail/first class mail and Fed Ex.  Tracking numbers will be provided through emails.

Shipments are delivered in 1-2 business days.  USPS Priority delivery take 3 - 5 business days.

DVDs/CDs Exchange/Return policy

All sales are final.  We do not accept exchange or return.  In case of defective disks, please contact us via email at admin@myvanfilms.com within 15 days of receiving the order.  We will replace that item, after we have received your returned damaged product.  We only send one replacement per order. 

Electronics Exchange/Return policy

No exchange or return: for opened box items, special ordered items, accessories, items without original boxes, misused, consumer abuse, or without receipt.

Exchange:  within 15 days of receiving order, we will gladly exchange with exact model if products are found to be defective.  For those who are not satisfied with the purchase, product exchange must be greater or equal in value, subject to a 20% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping fee.  All returns products inspected by our technicians before an exchange or refund is processed.

Return:  within 7 days of receiving order, 20% restocking fee will apply for unopened items, a 25% restocking fee for opened items with the original manufacturer's packaging, and up to 50% restocking fee for returns with missing parts, documentation, etc...        

All returns must be pre-approved with a valid RMA number issued by our return department through email.  Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.  The processing time to exchange/refund might take up to 2 weeks.

Refused order or wrong address will be charged 25% restocking fee plus shipping fee is nonrefundable.

Free DVD Policy

Khi  yêu cầu đỉa free, bạn không đưa phim free vào giỏ hàng mà đợi khi bạn trả tiền trên mạng thì điền vào khung “Delivery notes or comments”, bạn cũng có thể email cho chúng tôi tại : admin@myvanfilms.com  kèm với order number, và những film free mà bạn muốn lấy (Xin lưu ý: Nếu bạn gửi email để lấy đỉa free, xin vui long email cho chúng tôi liền sau khi đã order phim. Trong vòng 24 tiếng, chúng tôi gửi hàng ra cho bạn, mà vẫn chưa nhận được email, thì số phim free sẽ được giử lại trong account của bạn và  giao vào lần order kế tiếp).

Nếu bạn trả check hay money order, xin ghi tên những bộ phim free kèm theo với list film mà bạn muốn order.

Vì là phim free, nên chúng tôi sẽ không đổi đỉa hư  liền, mà sẽ gởi kèm theo vào lần order kế tiếp.

Phim Free chỉ áp dụng cho phim bộ, có giá tiền cho mổi đỉa la $2.99 trở xuống ( những phim lồng tiếng ở US, DVD va CD của những trung tâm như Thúy Nga, Asia, và nhiều trung tâm khác, không là đỉa tặng.

 Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How do I know if the movies are 1 voice translated or multiple voices translated?

If we write the word "long tieng" on the title of the movies, then that movie has multiple voices translation.  Otherwise, it will be 1 voice translation (thuyet minh).

2.  Do i have to open an account at SaigonSuperstore.com when I pay by check/money order?

NO. You don't have to open any account with us.  All you have to do is write the names of the products on a piece of paper and mail it together with your payment to myvanfilms

3.  Can I pay C.O.D (Collect on Delivery) when I receive the parcel?

Yes.  You can choose to pay by C.O.D with the conditions that your order is over $99.99, you agree to pay $10 fee, no free DVDs and you live in USA. We will call to confirm.

4.  If my movies are defective, what should I do?

You should send us an email to admin@myvanfilms.com together with the details such as order number, movie title, and defective disc number...We will then send you the replacement without having you send back the bad disks.  In some cases, we might ask you to send them back, please confirm with us.

5.  What happen if the item I purchased is out of stock?

We will call you at the provided phone number to ask for a replacement.  An email will be sent out at the same time.  If we don’t hear from you in 48 hours, then we shall issue a partial refund and ship out the order.
